After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Great! Even an advisory about the garage door lintel above was received!

Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. Excellent service and great response time - called and repaired same day - Lee the engineer was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The only reason not 5 stars is that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, other wise brilliant service start to finish
